Nothing to complain about, the venue met needs, strongly recommend it. Enjoyed the place, it was great and worked for me. The hotel was in a perfect location just next door to the airport as well as a nice shopping street in Erbil.

Had an amazing January New Year stay. the morning view from the window was breathtaking. the attentive staff provided great service 24/7. the unique gourmet food options offered in the onsite restaurant were delightful. the location was perfect for visiting the city centre, which was just a quick walk down the street or a short taxi drive away. the room was spacious, cozy and well-equipped for comfort.
The ambience lacked some warmth and coziness even though it was New Year's Eve and the hotel was fully booked, which was surprising to me. the hotel's gym was basic but functional, yet it was quite small in comparison to other hotels of the same price range.

Soul Mate Hotel is my go-to place in Erbil. The staff welcomed my old parents with a smile. It has all the amenities I need: Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, 24-hour reception, Restaurant, Flat-screen TV. Coming back for Christmas!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a nice shopping street between the airport and the city center. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were excellent. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great customer service throughout our stay.

Convenient location, clean and spacious rooms with great bathrooms. Staff is friendly and helpful, especially Gaith. Excellent breakfast with a variety of options. A gem in a luxurious neighborhood. Will definitely return.
